2.4 General Machinery BEST-1 Coolant Purifcation System Instead of providing only the basic skimming function, we have combined several features including 3-step separation process, smart control pad, ozone device and pH value detector. BEST-1 is permanently efficient in both recovering and maintaining the quality and lifetime of the metalworking fluid by removing the waste oil, way lube (lubricant) or slideway oil to very low moisture content, capable of meeting 10% or less. Also, with the ozone generator, the anaerobic bacteria that are growing in the coolant sump will be eliminated and controlled continuously. Once the bacteria is controlled, the foul odor and toxic contaminants will also be purified, giving relief to the workers who have been suffering from skin allergies. Other than the features mentioned above, there is an additional accessory optional to BEST-1, the pH value detector. It is capable to act as an assistant to your daily coolant maintenance and inspection by viewing the pH value and giving a warning when the value drops or raises cross the set standards.
